Is Ecuador accessible?
Even though the tendency is changing, we would not consider Ecuador as a fully accessible country. There is where Ecuador for All comes along, since the tours and activities we specify are pretty accessible. What is the minimum number of people to book a package?
There is not a minimum number of tourists, however our prices are quoted based on a 4 occupancy. If this is the case, the price will remain the same, and if you want a trip only for yourself we can organize it, but the price will differ a bit from the one quoted. We usually have 4 tourist traveling at the same time, and they don’t necessary have met each other……We recommend to contact us and we will guide you through the options.
Do I have to come on certain dates?
No, you can come whenever you want, depending on availability of flights and hotels.
Who helps me in case that I loose my passport or need something urgent?
Our office is located in Quito, which is the capital of Ecuador, therefore all embassies and consulates are located in the city. Anything you need we will assist you and take care of everything you may need.
Is it possible to tailor made my tour?
Of course!! There are some tourist that want to visit Ecuador, but they have specific interests, so we can organize together the activities you would be mostly interested on.
In the standard packages would I be traveling with people from different nationalities?
Yes. We travel in groups of four, so unless you come in a party of four, most likely you will have the chance to share the experience with nice people that share the adventure spirit of traveling. We find this as an opportunity to make friends and experiences.
How do I get to Ecuador?
All major airlines have direct flights to Quito. Depending on your departure country you may fly American Airlines, KLM, AirFrance, Iberia, etc. When you contact us we will tell you the best way to get to Quito.
WHEELCHAIR FAQ´s
I need a wheelchair, can I come alone or do I need to bring some escort?
You are the one who knows your needs best and it’s up to you to hire an escort for the flight or stay. We suggest to ask us in case you need an escort, since this is cheaper with a local worker from Ecuador for All. Also, after establishing contact with us, we can guide you and advice you if depending on your mobility you would need or not an escort.
In case of electric chairs, would I need special gear to charge my chair?
The power voltage in most of Ecuador´s outlets is 110 volts. It is advisable you bring an universal adapter for the connection.
Are your tours 100% accessible?
We have worked and selected hotels, attractions, restaurants, transportation, and services that are very accessible. However you might expect places and or attractions that might not be fully accessible. We recommend our clients to have an open mind about specific inconveniences but of course in general we work towards making the tours accessible. We establish contact with our clients and determine their needs, wishes and requirements in terms of accessibility.

Is it necessary for me to bring my own sign language interpreter?
When you are traveling with family/friends, usually they communicate the information to you. We will assist you if required in contact an interpreter, however this will increase the cost of the tour.
How would I know about emergency situations?
Awareness for people with disabilities in emergency situations has just started to become a imperative necessity in Ecuador. However since being in this industry our priority is our guest security. Therefore in case of any emergency our crew will be assisting you to prevent any emergency.

Can I travel with my guide dog?
We recommend not to travel with your dog, mostly because regulations in places such as Galapagos Islands DO NOT allow the entrance of dogs to the National Park
Do a lot of attractions in Ecuador have braille inscriptions??
Not really….Actually what we do in our tours is give you as much information as possible and creating a visual image of the attractions by the use of senses like smell, touch, taste and feel.

Are my tours different that the standard ones?
Not al all!! Bascially we do the same activities, visit the same places, have the same experiences as our regular tours. The only difference is the time required to do the activities, therefore the number of activities we do per day.
How many activities do we do per day?
We understand that taking a holiday is “vacation/relaxing time”. We do not intend to see everything or do everything in the less time possible. Instead we do one or at the most two activities per day, but we certainly make sure we get the most out of that activity/tour.
