For someone with or without a disability, when traveling feeling secure and safe is a MUST!!! We strongly recommend our guest to have their own travel/medical insurance when visiting us!!

For all of our tours we travel with cellular phones that have signal all over the country. In case of an emergency we follow standard procedures to evacuate our guest to the nearest hospitals. Our personnel is required to take first aid courses twice a year to know how to react in case of an emergency.

In order to avoid any inconvenience when traveling to the destinations we have selected vehicles that are adapted to transport people with mobility disability. Also the destinations and tours selected, when necessary, always have accompanying of professionals (ej. Kayaking in Galapagos/Amazon a motorized boat and/or security kayak will be joining us at all times)

We can offer you travel-medical insurance specifically designed for travelers through an insurance company, however this must be arranged before arrival.
